Welcome to the TrueGaming Store. These terms and conditions apply to all services and transactions conducted through our online store, and have been formulated to ensure the regulation of the contractual relationship between the store and the customer in accordance with the "E-commerce Law" and related regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Acknowledgement of Consent: Your use of the store or clicking on the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box upon completing a purchase is an explicit acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and fully committed to all clauses contained in this document, and serves as a legally enforceable electronic contract between you and the store.
First: Terms and Conditions of Sale (Digital Products)
1. Nature of Products and Delivery Mechanism

All products are Digital Codes only (e.g., PlayStation, Steam, Xbox).

There is no physical shipping. The code is delivered automatically after confirming the success of the payment process. This may take a few minutes, depending on the payment gateway response, and will be sent via the registered email address.

The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the entered email address and mobile number; the store is not responsible for any consequences resulting from sending the code to incorrect data provided by the customer.

The customer acknowledges full awareness that digital products are sensitive to the geographical region, and clicking the purchase completion button is an acknowledgement that the product's region matches their personal account. The store is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the customer's negligence in reading the product description.

The store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer if the product cannot be provided for any technical reason or due to stock depletion.
2. Return and Exchange Policy (Very Important)
Due to the nature of digital products which are single-use, all sales are final and are non-refundable or exchangeable once the code is displayed to the customer.

The only exception: If the code is damaged from the source. The customer must contact us within a maximum period of (24 hours, with the time of receipt of our message used as reference) and must attach a video or images showing the error message. The store reserves the full right to reject the request if it is proven through the authorized distributor that the code was used after the time it reached the customer.
3. Region Compatibility and Code Protection (Region Lock)

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the card region (Region) matches their account region before purchasing. The store is not responsible for purchasing a card for an incorrect region.

Once the code is received, full responsibility transfers to the customer. The store is not responsible for the loss, theft, or use of the code by a third party after delivery.
4. Anti-Fraud and Security Verification
To protect our community, we reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders. We may request additional documents (such as a copy of the ID or a picture of the bank card with sensitive numbers obscured) to verify the buyer's identity for high-value orders.

Data Breaches: In the event of any security breach (God forbid), we will notify users within (7) working days.

External Links: We are not responsible for the privacy policies of external websites whose links may be found in our store.

Policy Modification: We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, and your continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Arabic language is the official reference for interpretation.
