Second: Terms and Conditions of Sale (Digital Products):
1. Nature of Products and Delivery Mechanism

All products are Digital Codes only (e.g., PlayStation, Steam, Xbox).

There is no physical shipping. The code is delivered automatically after verifying the success of the payment process, which may take a few minutes depending on the payment gateway's response, via the registered email.

The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the email and mobile number entered; the store is not responsible for any consequences resulting from sending the code to incorrect data provided by the customer.

The customer acknowledges their full knowledge that digital products are region-sensitive, and clicking the purchase completion button is an affirmation that the product region matches their personal account, and the store is not responsible for any consequences resulting from customer negligence in reading the product description.

The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer if the product cannot be provided for any technical reason or due to stock depletion.
2. Return and Exchange Policy (Very Important)
Due to the nature of digital products which are single-use, all sales are final and non-refundable or non-exchangeable once the code is revealed to the customer.

Sole Exception: If the code is faulty from the source. The customer must contact us within a maximum period of (24 hours, and the time we receive the message is considered the reference) with a video or photos showing the error message. The store reserves the full right to reject the request if it is proven through the authorized distributor that the code was used after the time of its arrival to the customer.
3. Region Compatibility and Code Protection (Region Lock)

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the Card Region matches their account region before purchase. The store is not responsible for purchasing a card for the wrong region.

Once the code is received, full responsibility transfers to the customer. The store is not responsible for the loss, theft, or use of the code by a third party after delivery.
4. Anti-Fraud and Security Verification
To protect our community, we reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders. We may request additional documents (such as an ID photo or a photo of the bank card with sensitive numbers concealed) to verify the buyer's identity for large-sum orders.

Data Breaches: In the event of any security breach (God forbid), we will notify users within (7) working days.
